GCC Shipping

We offer free shipping within the GCC region (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar) on all orders with a minimum purchase value of AED 500.

For orders below AED 500, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries outside the GCC region. All international shipping rates are calculated in real time through our third-party logistics partner, Aramex, and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Processing and Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • GCC Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

  • International Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain locations where delivery services are unavailable or restricted. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.


Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
