We strongly recommend confirming that the seller is an officially authorized retailer before completing your purchase.

Warranty Limitation

Warranties are non-transferable.

Second-hand, refurbished, repackaged, or resold items — including products purchased through classified platforms, auction sites, peer-to-peer marketplaces, or unauthorized third-party sellers — are not covered under the My Arcade warranty policy in the UAE or GCC region.

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers within the region and supported by valid proof of purchase.
